The client wanted more space upstairs and down stairs, so we came up with a design to add a 2
storey side extension and a single storey rear extension. On the GF it added space to create a large
Kitchen/Diner/Living space and also increasing the size of the Lounge. To the FF we create a an extra
bedroom and also added space to an existing bedroom.
